About
ALIA Ltd., short for AMBAZ Legacy Impact Alliance Limited, is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit with an inclusive mission that relies on the considered engagement of local residents, CBOs, private firms, and public agencies. We are emboldened by such feedback, which reinforces the call to action in each of our projects.

Founded on August 2023 in The Bronx, ALIA focuses on urban scale projects in New York City and abroad by leveraging the existing strengths of its lone fiscal sponsor, AMBAZ Inc. The organization aims to positively impact local communities through initiatives aligned with its industries.

Our Board of Directors
Our founding board started from an initial vision of a family foundation. Emboldened by community members and their collective strengths, a nonprofit was formed, dedicated to strategic, mission-driven philanthropy and policy activation. The board channels resources to initiatives that align with ALIA's core values, fostering meaningful partnerships and lasting impact through focused funding and close, collaborative leadership.
Our board has 100% minority representation.
